Pallet Racking Systems
Pallet Racking
1. Conventional pallet racking
Why should you choose our pallet racking system?
1. The pallet racking system complies with all European FEM & EN regulations.
2. Our computer aided design ensures the best solution for every application.
3. Our pallet racking is a modular and flexible system.
4. Each pallet racking system can be installed very easily.
5. Our pallet racking system is very cost effective.
2. Mobile pallet racking
Mobile system is composed of conventional pallet racking installed on mobile bases. This versatile setup allows opening and closing of the aisles. Mobile racking enables compact storage while keeping each individual pallet accessible. Additionally, mobiles offer adaptable storage for operations where the size, weight, and quality of the pallets to be stored can’t be predicted or controlled.
3. Drive-In pallet Racking
The Drive In racks increase your storage space utilisation considerably. Drive-in racking systems eliminate picking aisles and are the ideal solution for storing large quantities of similar pallets. The system provides safe block stacking for goods, that are not stable enough to be stacked one on top of the other.
4. Live storage pallet rackinge-In pallet Racking
With a pallet live storage system, fewer aisles are needed. This increases your storage capacity considerably.
Back-up stock can be stored in each lane facilitating order processing. Pallet live storage reduces travel time between locations.
The long storage lanes allow handling of large volumes of common products with live storage. Pallet live storage helps you reduce energy costs: lighting is limited to the load and unload areas. The refrigerating costs in cold stores become a lot lower as they are related to the filled cubic volume of the warehouse.
5. Shuttle pallet racking
The pallet shuttle system is a deep lane storage and retrieval system. The heart of the system is a carrier used to move pallets within a specifically designed racking structure. This results in an optimised storage capacity.
6. Silo
Saving out the cost of an extra building, the roof and wall cladding are fixed directly onto the rack structure. The racking is not only subject to the loads of the pallets, stacker cranes and conveyors, but also to external forces such as wind and seismic. Unsurprisingly, this requires thorough stress calculations from our engineering team, in order to come up with tailor made solutions for every situation. Each particular design is worked on with the type, weight and size of the load kept firmly in mind. Several features, such as longitudinal and horizontal bracings, anchorage systems, and high quality Sigma beams guarantee the stability of the structure. The walls and roof are reinforced with steel sub structures in the front and rear zone of the Silo.
