1. Automatic stacker crane for pallet racking
Pallet racking operated by cranes requires special arrangements for tolerances in manufacturing and assembly. Perfect positioning and levelling are vital for such installations. The cranes are running on a floor mounted rail and stabilised at the top of the mast by a guide rail supported by the structure. The pallets can be placed “single deep”, “double deep” or “multi-deep”.
2. Pallet conveyor system
Set of elements designed for transporting, accumulating and/or distributing goods to specific positions required by the logistics operations. This conveyor system represents an ideal combination between the efficiency of the stacker cranes and the entry, dispatch and handling processes of the load units.
3. Automated shuttle system
The Automated Pallet Shuttle is a compact storage system that employs an electric shuttle to load and unload pallets from racking automatically. Automatic handling equipment (stacker cranes or transfer cars) assists the shuttle, moving it from the storage system’s entry/exit points to the various storage channels.
4. 3D automated shuttle system
The 3D automated shuttle system eliminates the need for less efficient cranes in aisles to attain tall heights and travel long distances. It provides high density automated storage to any shape and layout of warehouse and offers smooth integration with the full range of sub-systems.
